| 17.10.2008 | The City of West Torrens - Master Planning process for Thebarton and Richmond Ovals

Earlier this year, SOL AYR Developments Pty Ltd was contracted by the City of West Torrens to develop and deliver master plans for two sites/precincts (Thebarton and Richmond) within the city on the basis that Council is keen to investigate the benefits of establishing community hubs that adopt the concept of multipurpose, shared use facilities in key locations. The project brief also required concept plans for any proposed development at the Thebarton site.

Multi million dollar SOL Health & Lifestyle Centres have been designed to integrate health, aquatic, medical and lifestyle services, to create an environment of success through becoming a regional community hub.

The first two Centres to be constructed are located in two of the fastest growing regions in Australia, Mandurah to the south and a future site to the northern suburbs.
    

SOL Health Mandurah will be the second fully integrated health and medical facility in Western Australia. It's due to be opened in August 2010.
